Learn More About Lean Up

Lean Up is a FREE life-changing wellness, fitness and weight loss program for people who have struggled to achieve a healthier lifestyle. Each year, we select individuals in our community that are seeking a healthier lifestyle, but have struggled. Those selected participate in a guided fitness program that includes exercise, nutrition, and well-being training. Each group has a dedicated and certified trainer to provide support and answer questions.

Lean Up is more than just an exercise program, it's a life-changing wellness, fitness and weight loss program. We focus on the big three areas of well-being:



Lean Up includes weekly bootcamp style group workouts, plus one-on-one consultation.



Nutrition counseling and guidance helps particpants make a permanent lifestyle change.



Overall wellness and relaxation contributes to longevity and a healthy body.

Lean Up is a community health program by Spare Time Clubs. Each of our neighborhood sports clubs select individuals from their community to participate. Each location has different times for the various workouts and meetings that best fit that area's needs.

Submit your application and tell us why you are ready to dedicate yourself to this life-changing commitment!


Applicants will be reviewed and 225 will be chosen to participate. Those selected will receive this program absolutely FREE! No strings or obligations attached!


Selected applicants will be notified by September 8, 2017 and the program begins September 11, 2017.
