Lean Up is a FREE life-changing fitness, wellness, and weight loss program for people who have struggled to achieve a healthier lifestyle. Each year, we select individuals in our community that are seeking a healthier lifestyle, but have struggled. Those selected participate in a guided fitness program that includes exercise, nutrition, and wellness training. Each group has a dedicated and certified trainer to provide support and answer questions. Lean Up is a community health program by Spare Time Clubs and is held at all of our club locations.
